We are very detailed oriented. Protecht was top notch in everything. The price was lower than others, their installers were pros and the installation was 100 percent first class. I can't say enough about the team. Customer service was over the top.

I had a system that needed to be upgraded, I requested quotes from the original installer and when they were unable to keep any of their appointments I reached out to the guys at Protecht and I'm glad I did. Not only were they prompt in keeping their scheduled times but they were very professional every step of the way. They offered ideas on how to improve placement of the new system and were also able to address my concern of have recording large enough for 30-days of back up, for my 12 12MP camera system. I wanted a system that is user friendly, something I could set and forget, but felt confident that if I need to go back and look at something it would be there.
